We develop tools to discover and develop talent. For example, we have created a Leadership Blueprint which maps leadership strengths (and derailers) against data obtained through our psychometric assessments.​

In 2017 we partnered with an HR Tech accelerator to fast-track start-ups and scale-ups, including a representative from Hudson.​
