SEA Compensation and Benefits Manager

In this newly created position as the first Compensation & Benefit centre-of-excellence for SEA, you will contribute to the sustainability of a competitive Rewards and Performance function that is aligned to Global and Regional direction.
Partnering with the business, you will provide support to develop strategies, policies and guidelines for the roll-out of the initiatives in Southeast Asia under the program.
You will act as the expert to the entities in the region, and provide advice and guidance so that local strategies, procedures and processes are put in place by the entities to ensure operational excellence and efficiency in the execution of the initiatives.
You will support audit review to ensure alignment and adherence to support the establishment of a strong corporate Rewards and Performance governance culture.
To succeed in this role, you will be required to have a Bachelor's degree and be equipped with a minimum of 10-12 years of specialist experience in Compensation and Benefits within a multinational environment. You may have worked in different industries and/or consultancies, and developed excellent analytical skills to deliver consistent results. You are comfortable with managing multiple projects concurrently, and have a good understanding of key trends in Compensation & Benefits.
This role requires very strong cross-team collaboration, executive presence and organizational agility. It must drive coordination and accountability to key stakeholders across the broader business, including manpower budgeting.
